Return & Refund Policy
All of the products are shipped from and returned to Fuzzymilky sales center where is located in California U.S.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund within 2 business days. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Receive A Defect or Incomplete Item
If customers receive the product that was damaged in delivery or missed accessories, please contact our customer service at email@example.com within 5 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a replacement, you need to take some pictures to show us the product was damaged in delivery or incomplete. We will confirm your case and process to ship you a replacement for free (we will pay for the product and postage) within 1 to 2 business days.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (the postage of returns); No-restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please contact our customer service to open a return case at firstname.lastname@example.org and get the return address.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the package and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved within 2 business days, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
